TriPeaks: Team Welcome

Firstly a round of applause for the four great teams:

  • Solitaire Draw 1
  • Solitaire Draw 3
  • Spider Suite 1
  • Spider Suite 2

When we started this website last month, we had set some fairly aggressive targets. These teams have exceeded expectations on each and every target.

Next I will like to welcome our newest team:

  • TriPeaks

They will start contributing to this blog from April 1st.

Most of you have asked why it is taking so long to put together a TriPeaks team. Unfortunately I am the one responsible for this delay. I am a bit of a purist when it comes to Solitaire and have a hard time accepting TriPeaks as a valid variation of Solitaire. Those who understand Cricket will understand my next analogy. I feel TriPeaks is like the T20 series. Initially I felt that both of these were too short a game to require any serious skills, now I have realized that they require a different set of skills. Also both of them fit better with our modern fast paced life.

The TriPeaks team felt that the game was too short to post a set of opening moves followed by an extended solution. They will only post the opening moves for the TriPeaks challenge of the day.

Here I will like to make a short pitch for the MobilityWare TriPeaks subscription. I feel it is worth the money. The advertisements in this App are the worst and I am glad I will never have to see those pesky videos again. Also you get a week of challenges in advance. That gives you a week to try and crack the challenge before the TriPeaks team publishes the opening moves.

Once again, let us give a warm welcome to the TriPeaks team. The current four teams have set a high bar but I am certain TriPeaks team is up to this challenge.

Note: This article reflects my opinion. I am not associated with MobilityWare in any way or receive any support, financial or otherwise, from them.
